You can place an order with Triple S Sports Apparel for licensed Alpha Phi Alpha apparel using our website.

For custom designed orders for your business or organization, or group orders please contact us through our website, email, or phone. Our team will work with you to ensure your order is designed and manufactured to your satisfaction.

Triple S Sports Apparel manufactures high-quality custom designed promotional products. The combination of our world-wide access to materials and our in-house graphic design team allows us to provide you with a custom product that sets your brand apart.

Yes, we offer rush orders on select products. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

In Stock Items:

• If your entire order is in stock, you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 3 business days after payment is made.

• If part of your order is out of stock or if your order includes customized items your order will be shipped when the out of stock item is available and/or the customized item has been manufactured. See Estimated Production Times.

•  If you are willing to pay for to have your in stock items to be shipped separately, you will receive your in stock item(s) within 1 to 3 business days after payment is made. 

Out of Stock Items:

• If your order includes out of stock items, you will receive your items according to the Estimated Production times. This is a worse case time because both standard items and customized items may be included in our current manufacturing run.

• If you are willing to pay for to have your in stock items to be shipped separately, you will receive your in stock item(s) within 1 to 3 business days after payment is made. 

Customized Items

You will receive customized items according to the Estimated Production Times. All custom items are custom made to order. That means we start making it once you order it and approve your custom design. We are not simply pulling the item off of a shelf and sending it to you. This allows us to make exactly what you want, exactly how you want it. 

Please note that we may be waiting for multiple customers to approve custom designs. This is factored into the estimated production times. However, delays in responses from other customers could negative impact your production time.

Estimated Production Times 

The estimated production time is 25 business days. If shipped vial mail, we will email your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Things to note:

• Production time starts from the date that the design proof or sample is approved and any deposit required is paid. 

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• These production times are only an estimate. Your order is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date unless you pay for rush production. The cost of rush production varies.

Production time does not include shipping time. You will receive your item(s) within 1 to 3 business days after they are completed and shipped out.
